Projects in your browser
Editor projects, autosaves and preferences are stored in your browser using localStorage. They do not automatically move to other devices, and clearing browser data may remove them. Download important finished videos separately.
Recitation and video rendering
Loading content requires requests to Quran text and recitation providers. Exporting sends composition settings to the server for video rendering. Audio caches, processing records and MP4 files are stored on server disk. MP4 files are removed after 24 hours of inactivity by a cleanup task that runs every ten minutes, while files needed for downloads, uploads, and active or paused automation are retained. Processing records and audio caches are stored separately.
Optional social connections and automation
Connecting an eligible publishing account stores connection details and encrypted access tokens on the server. A secure cookie maintains your connected session. Saved automation presets, schedules, progress and publishing records are also stored on the server. You can disconnect from the connected accounts page or revoke the app’s permissions through Meta.
Support through Ko-fi
Support is optional and takes place on the external Ko-fi website. Ko-fi and its payment providers process payments under their own policies. The editor does not need your payment card details.
